1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of kivixcommerce.com (the "website") and to the services we present on it: consulting, the affiliate and partner program and the makers program. By using the website you accept these terms.
Purchases made in one of our online stores are governed by that store's own terms of sale, shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy, which are shown on the store's website before checkout.
2. Who we are

3. Using the website
- You may use the website for lawful purposes only.
- You may not copy the website's content for commercial use, scrape it with automated tools, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation or security.
- Information on the website is general. It does not form a binding offer. A service is agreed only when we confirm it to you in writing (for example by email or in a signed agreement).
4. Our online stores
Each Kivix store is a separate website operated by Kivix Commerce OÜ. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days for consumers in the European Union, are not limited by these terms.
5. Services and programs
- Consulting is provided under our Professional advisory and consulting disclaimer and the scope and price we confirm to you in writing.
- The affiliate and partner program and the makers program are governed by their own program terms and by the individual written agreement we sign with each participant. If there is a conflict, the individual agreement prevails.
6. Intellectual property
The Kivix Commerce name, logo, website design and texts belong to Kivix Commerce OÜ or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written consent. Designs and works created by makers in our makers program remain the property of those makers.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites, such as the Estonian business register. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Privacy and sanctions
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy policy. Our compliance with international sanctions is described in our Sanctions policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee). Disputes between businesses are resolved in Harju County Court, Estonia, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes affecting an existing agreement apply only after we notify you.
