Who we are
Kivix Commerce OÜ is an online trade and e-commerce company registered in Estonia, operating multiple specialized storefronts for international customers. We connect consumers with products sourced directly from vetted international manufacturers as well as independent artisan makers.
The core problem
We founded Kivix because online shopping faces a serious trust crisis. Misleading AI mockups, fabricated reviews, copied stores, fake stories, artificial countdown timers, and hidden shipping delays have made buyers rightfully skeptical of online stores.
How we do it differently
We do the opposite: radical transparency. On every store we operate, we also show real photos and videos of the physical item, provide verified customer feedback, and state honest delivery origins and transit estimates before you check out, never after.
Beyond our stores
Beyond our own retail network, we use our operational and legal foundation to support the wider e-commerce community: advising founders on ethical store operations, collaborating with creators on managed storefronts, and helping independent craftspeople reach international buyers.
