What we collect
This website uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. If you send the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
Why we use it
Only to answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare a consultation. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries).
Who helps us
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website.
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts our email.
- Bunny Fonts (EU), which serves the fonts on this page and receives your IP address to do so.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, they rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example as accounting records.
Your language choice
The site remembers the language you pick in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee.
