Kivix Commerce OÜ provides practical business guidance on e-commerce based on our own operational experience. This includes store setup, customer trust, jurisdiction and operational structure, and sourcing and fulfilment. General information published on our website is for educational purposes only.
2. Not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice
Our consulting does not constitute formal legal, accounting, tax, investment or financial advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client, auditor-client or similar professional relationship. For decisions with legal, tax or accounting consequences, such as company registration, VAT registration, licensing or contracts, you should obtain advice from a qualified professional licensed in the relevant country.
3. Your decisions
You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and for how you apply any guidance we give, including compliance with the laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including sales, profits, advertising performance, approval by payment providers, banks, marketplaces or authorities, or the success of any registration or application.
5. Accuracy and changes
Laws, tax rules and the policies of platforms such as Shopify, payment providers and social networks change frequently. Our guidance reflects our understanding at the time it is given. We are not obliged to update past advice unless agreed in writing.
6. Third-party providers
If we mention or recommend third-party services (for example banks, payment providers, suppliers or software), this is not an endorsement or a guarantee of their performance. If we ever receive a referral fee from a provider we recommend, we will tell you before you decide.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to provide the agreed service. We can sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.
8. Scope, fees and cancellation
The format, scope and fixed price of each consultation are confirmed in writing before work begins. Rescheduling and cancellation conditions are included in that confirmation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any consulting service is limited to the fee you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
