What you do
- Consistent quality: Handcraft authentic items according to agreed specifications and high standards.
- Capacity management: Let us know production turnaround times and inventory availability in advance.
- Safe packaging: Pack orders securely for direct dispatch or bulk shipment to our hub, depending on our agreement.
- Business invoicing: Issue clear invoices for sold goods (as a sole trader, freelancer, or small company).

Your name on your work
You retain full creative attribution. Every product page credits you as the creator, complete with your workshop background and story.
Transparent, fixed payouts
We agree on fixed payout pricing per item in writing before anything goes live. Payouts are predictable and sent on verified fulfillment.
100% intellectual property rights
Your designs remain entirely your property. We never reproduce, mass-manufacture, or license your creations elsewhere.
Because Kivix Commerce operates as an EU entity, makers need the ability to issue business invoices (e.g., as a registered sole proprietor, self-employed maker, or small business). If you are not yet registered, we can outline the basic options.
